One rule. A median past twenty four hours and the casino is not on this site. Not ranked lower, not marked with an asterisk. Absent. Here is every name that rule removes and the number that removed it.
A publication that applies a rule and never shows you what it costs is showing you a filtered view and calling it a ranking. So this page exists to make the filter auditable. Every casino below was researched, timed and then left off the list, and the figure that decided it is printed beside the name.
Read the number as exactly what it is. It is the median wait between a withdrawal request and spendable money, across the cashouts in that casino's sample. It is not a verdict on the company, an assessment of how it treats players, a comment on its licence, or a prediction about your account. Those are all different questions and none of them are answered by a stopwatch.
The rule is arbitrary in the way every threshold is arbitrary. Twenty four hours was chosen because it is the point at which a payout stops being an event and becomes a wait: money that arrives today is money you decided to have, money that arrives on Thursday is money the cashier decided you would have on Thursday. Half an hour either side of the line, the difference is nothing. Which is why the line is published, fixed, and applied without exceptions.

How a casino gets back on
The median moves. That is the whole mechanism. Every casino in the research set is re-timed on the same schedule whether it is listed or not, and a name comes back the moment its figure crosses under a day. Nothing else is required and nothing else is accepted.
No casino on this page has been asked to do anything. There is no appeal, no submission process and no commercial route back. The list is the output of a calculation, which is the only form of independence that survives a business model built on affiliate commissions.
Where the removed set actually sits
Not all of it is equally far past the line. The distribution above splits the removed casinos into the two bands past the cut-off, and the shape of it is more interesting than the headline count: the mass sits between a day and two, not out at the far end.
That matters, because a cashier at thirty hours is roughly one design decision away from being listed. A daily sweep moved four hours earlier, or an auto-release ceiling set at any level at all, and the figure crosses. The distance between the same-day band and the one above it is small in hours and large in architecture.
The commercial part, said plainly
Several of the casinos on this page run the largest affiliate programmes in the Canadian market. Listing them would pay this site more than everything currently on the ranking combined. They are not listed.
That is not a boast, it is a description of the only arrangement under which any of the rest of this site means anything. A ranking that can be bought is an advertisement with a number on it.

Are delisted casinos unsafe?
That is not what the word means here and it is not what the page says. Delisted means one figure, the median cashout time, runs past this site's twenty four hour threshold. It carries no claim about licensing, conduct or safety.
Do you take commissions from casinos you do not list?
No. There are no exit links on this page, which is deliberate: a page about the operators we do not send readers to should not contain a way to be sent to them.
